Join our high-intensity Krav Maga self-defense training and experience real world scenarios that build your confidence and skills. Start with a fast paced boot camp warm up, then dive into partner drills that teach you effective techniques. Our classes are challenging, designed to push you beyond your limits. Achieve your goals and discover strength you never knew you had.
No matter your fitness level, we are here to encourage and guide you to achieve your next fitness goal. Classes are cardio and full body workouts. No two classes are exactly alike; we train on heavy bags, use resistance bands, free weights and body weight exercises. Classes are taught by an ACSM certified group fitness instructor. The perfect mix of fun and boot camp!
